A new look, match rooms, better chat and !mode

Here is what changed in Rush this week.

• The new look is now everyone's Rush: a sidebar with every page, your queue, your friends, and a bell for invites and messages.
• The match room shows both teams with Elo, tier and K/D, the prediction, and every step from the captains vote to the connect line.
• Unranked and Practice show who is on each server and which mode it is playing.
• Chat stays where you are when a message arrives, and keeps what you were typing.
• Emoji: a picker with search and your recent ones, or type a name like :fire: in a message.
• Reply to any message, and click the quote to jump to the original.
• React with a click: six quick emojis, or + for any other.
• On the practice server, type !mode in game to vote between Practice and AWP mode.
• Your profile's Elo chart has a scale, a dot for every match, and the details on hover.
