Unranked: every map and setting, and 13 Wingman maps

The casual server has more in it than most people know. Now it is all on one page.

• Maps and settings: on the Play page, the Unranked panel has a Maps and settings button. It shows what the server is playing right now, and all three modes - Unrated, Wingman and Retakes - with their settings and every map each one plays.
• Want another mode? Type !mode on the Unranked server and it goes to a vote.
• Wingman has 13 maps: Valve's ten - Shortdust, Lake, Shortnuke, Boyard, Chalice, Inferno, Overpass, Vertigo, Train and Cobblestone - and Bank, Safehouse and St. Marc, older Wingman maps that are back.
• Wingman only plays Wingman maps now. Before, a map change could put a big map on in Wingman - 2v2 with both sites open. Now that switches the server to Unrated on the same map, and says so in chat.
• Practice has a Wingman maps group too, second in the list. It loads them in practice, not in Wingman, so a big map like Overpass has both sites open for nade practice.
